Beating Around The Bush.

He won!  He won!  He won!

If this makes no sense to you, I recommend you go back under your rock.

I'm proud that Pennsylvania voted for Obama, and I wonder how long it will take computers to stop putting the red, you've spelled this wrong line under his name.

McCain was gracious.  His concession speech made it clear why he is so respected.  Clearly, he must have thought he'd lose.  Why else hole up in a hotel, with only a few supporters?  Obama had a stadium lined up, which thank the Baby Jesus, will be packed with ecstatic supporters.

This wonderful, exciting moment is just not that for me.  I've had to face up to the fact that I am beginning to swim back to the lonely, barren shore of Depression.  I find Obama's win hopeful.  But, as a sure sign of depression, I find myself filled with doubts and fears.  Not about President Obama.  But about the detractors, the violent racists and the horrendous state that he will soon rule.

I hope my fears are only figments of my ailing mind.  That this country can move forward and heal.  That I might also.

McCain's speech was very eloquent and humble, it was one of his best speeches.

I am very satisfied with the results of the election. I am glad to see history in the making at my young age. I look forward to President Obama's legislation that will be a good change from Bush.

Valash! So good to see you again. You are absolutely correct about McCain's speech. For the first time, I understood why people might wannt to elect him.

Can you imagine if he'd run his whole campaign like that? In the meantime, let's hope that the crack-pots stay home and let Obama do his job.
