Tag-o-rama.

A bottle of cough syrup or two ago, I wrote about being "tagged" by Eve Cleveland, a talented pole dancer, mother, writer and the absolute personification of Southern charm and grace.  Sounds a bit gushy, I know, but pop on over to her site, That's Funny Because and you'll see what I mean.  I wish her trailer was a little closer to Philly, but c'est la vie.

Anyway, now I'm s'posed to write seven things about myself, then tag seven other bloggers, so they'll do the same ad infinitum, until the whole blogasphere has been tagged.  So, here goes.

*  There is a warrant for my arrest in Bolivia.

*   I can leap over a ranch-style house in a single bound.

*   As part of my plea agreement, the DUI whilst riding a borrowed Zamboni, will be expunged from my record on January 2010.

*   Dylan Thomas married my great-aunt, Caitlin.

*   I attended Bob Bondurant's School of High Performance Driving in Phoenix, AZ.

*   I don't shave my armpits.

*   The work-study job I had in College had me forging the signature of the Dean of Admissions on all the acceptance letters, so that it appeared as if she'd signed each one personally.

Now, don't you all feel a little better about yourselves, knowing you'd have far more interesting facts to share about your own self?  Feel free to let me know what they are!  Now, in no real order, as that sort of thing is not my style, here are the blogs that I'm "tagging":

PinkLatex.  A fountain of information.  From exposing Sarah Palin's witch-hunting pastor, to Richard Simmons exposed, this is a blog guaranteed to piss you off and make you laugh as they offend almost everyone while keeping you coming back for more.

 Bradley over at How is Bradley?  He's got mental health problems, weight problems, but no issues with writing about them.  From my fat, crazy point of view, he's got a great blog.

Ashley  at Overcoming Schizophrenia.  She's young, diagnosed with Schizophrenia and brave enough to write about it.  She's also really on topic, with posts about varying mental health issues.

CatatonicKid, a wordsmith par extraordinaire, fierce, strong, compassionate, honest to a fault and a woman I hold in the deepest regard.

Uri Kalish, who writes about philosophy, computers, sci-fi and a host of other topics, including his rock band.

Dr. Jay  at Yoga for Cynics.  You have to like a guy who writes about his yoga instructor having back pain, posts photos of himself in training for a bike-a-thon, gets too pissed to write and churns out quotations of great writers with impunity.

Susan, an amazing talent, who writes the blog If You're Going Through Hell Keep Going.  An avid cat lover, she speaks to those of us who've lost part of ourselves from ECT, who struggle with creativity, mental illness and the world around us.

I look forward to learning more about them and you, dear reader, too.

Thank you so much for thinking of me and my humble blog. I think I did this seven things one a month or so ago (though in my usual antisocial ignore-all-the-rules kinda way), but there are probably a few more skeletons in the closet....I'll just let things germinate for a while....

P.S. I don't shave my pits but one time let this woman I was kinda involved with shave my...well, maybe that'll be one of the seven (but probably not)....

Thank you Dano.

I am humbled.

And now I have new blogs to visit!

Eve~Sweetie, I have to thank you for getting me off the high horse of righteousness. It's nice to come clean with a few of my own skeletons instead of always rattling some one elses!

Yoga~I had a boyfriend who shaved EVERYTHING. Stops any pesky hairs from tickling...well, this blog is rated for a general audience, so I'll just shut my mouth, know what I mean?

Susan~No reason to be humbled. Just glad to hear from you.

OK I just have to know....how long have you not been shaving your arm pits? I'm a slave to shaving myself,so the thought of not shaving sounds very freeing!Unfortunately for me, if I was to stop cold turkey I would look like a sasquatch by weeks end,and then I would have to worry about being hunted and displayed somewhere.

Thinkinfyou~At my age, the hair grows lushly on my chin and breasts, whilst elsewhere is it thinning. If I wait another year, I won't have to worry about going to the hair-dressers, or braiding my pits.

CK~Yep, I found out about my father's family through his step-father and new wife. His mother, my grannie, took me to meet one of her sisters when I was young, Nicolette Devas. She wrote a book, "Two Flamboyant Fathers", which detailed their pre-bohemian lives.

Francis MacNamarrah was considered a "great thinker" in Ireland. He traveled with his tales, leaving the painter Augustus St. John to raise the family in his stead.

My father hated his parents. There were days without food in the larder, and when his step-father left also, he went to England. I'll write a post about this soon.

Pinklatex~I loooove your site! It's a love/hate kind of thing, which means I'll keep coming back. Kudos on the Palin witch-hunt!
